Our platform allows registered users to connect with authorized healthcare professionals practicing in various provinces and territories in Canada.
Experience telehealthcare at its best with our innovative platform that utilizes primarily audio but could include interactive text and video technology. Through the TitusPlus Platform, you can receive diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, and patient education remotely. Our services also include secure electronic transmission of medical records, personal and health information storage, and issuing prescriptions and other important documents.
But it doesn’t stop there. We offer optional services that can enhance your healthcare experience with us. At your direction, we can securely transmit the details of your consultation to a healthcare professional of your choice. We can also send your prescriptions directly to your chosen pharmacy and provide notifications for medication refills. Our prescription delivery service is also available for your convenience. And keep in mind that we regularly make additional optional services available to our users.
By becoming a TitusPlus user, you explicitly consent to receive healthcare services from authorized professionals through our platform. To date, prescriptions will be filled by a TitusPlus pharmacy and delivered discreetly and free of charge to the address associated with your account. This service is currently unavailable if you decide to have your prescription fulfilled through a third-party Pharmacy.

Depending on your province or territory, the availability of Authorized Healthcare Professionals may vary. We understand the importance of transparency, which is why we disclose the jurisdiction of our healthcare professionals when connecting you for a consultation. Your Feedback Matters
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or complaints about your healthcare services, you can report them to the professional regulatory college(s) in the province(s) where the services were received. In Canada, most health profession regulators maintain a register of their members, easily accessible through their website.
Complement Your Primary Care
While TitusPlus offers exceptional healthcare services, we strongly recommend having a primary care professional. We always encourage our users to find a primary care professional to oversee their health. Unless explicitly requested by the user, we do not share reports of healthcare services with primary care professionals. However, we suggest informing your primary care professional about the services you receive so they can provide comprehensive care. To facilitate this, our platform allows you to send a summary of your healthcare services to the healthcare professional of your choice.

- TitusPlus is a technology platform that connects users with authorized healthcare professionals to provide healthcare services. While we facilitate access to these services, please note that TitusPlus is not registered to provide healthcare services.
- Our authorized healthcare professionals are independent third parties who use the TitusPlus platform to provide healthcare services. They are not employees of TitusPlus and do not act on our behalf.
- The healthcare professionals using our platform have full responsibility and control over all medical and clinical services, including compliance with standards of care, record keeping, and other professional obligations. All diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and other healthcare services will be provided by or under the supervision of authorized healthcare professionals.
- Our healthcare professionals have the discretion to refuse or discontinue services if they believe there is misuse by a registered user.
- Please note that results cannot be guaranteed with healthcare services. Our healthcare professionals may determine that certain services are inappropriate for your needs and may choose not to provide them.
- Using healthcare services, including telehealth, carries risks. These risks, including those related to electronic transmission and storage of information, are explained in our Privacy Policy and Health Consent documents.
- The availability of healthcare services may vary depending on your province or territory of residence and location at the time of request, as telehealth rules differ across Canada.
- You may only request healthcare services for yourself.
- In case of a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest hospital emergency room. Our platform is not to be used in emergencies.
- Specific symptoms, such as chest pains, difficulty breathing, fever in infants under three months, impaired consciousness, stroke-like symptoms, and severe abdominal pain, are excluded from the healthcare services we offer.

Your communication through the TitusPlus Platform may not be confidential. While we take industry-standard measures to secure data transmission, we cannot guarantee the security of Internet or public network transmission.
By using the TitusPlus Platform, you agree to the following conditions:
- You may only contact Registered Healthcare Practitioners through the TitusPlus Platform for Healthcare Services. Any interactions unrelated to healthcare services or outside the platform are not the responsibility of TitusPlus.

Reasonable Use Policy
We are dedicated to creating a positive and respectful work environment free from harassment and violence. Our Reasonable Use Policy outlines our steps to protect workers and ensure a safe space for everyone interacting with the TitusPlus Platform.
As a User, we expect you to refrain from engaging in any behaviour considered harassment. Harassment includes any actions, comments, displays, or communication that is unwelcome, intimidating, or offensive. This also encompasses discrimination as defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Examples of harassment include yelling or shouting to intimidate, coercion or belittling, and any unwanted actions or remarks based on a person’s race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, gender, or religion. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any user exhibiting these behaviours, and immediate removal from the TitusPlus Platform will be enforced.
In addition, we reserve the right to remove or edit any user content deemed harassment against our Healthcare Professionals or Customer Support teams. Our priority is to create a safe and supportive community for all who use our platform.
We value our users’ feedback and encourage you to bring any concerns to our attention. However, to protect the safety and privacy of our Healthcare Professionals and Customer Support Team, identifying information of an agent published on a third-party processor will be reported. If you have any complaints or feedback, please direct them to [email protected] for appropriate escalation and provide public feedback using only non-identifying information.

- Account Verification: To protect your Account and prevent fraudulent activity, TitusPlus may contact you via telephone, mail, or email to verify your Account information. This is in the best interest of maintaining the security of your data.
- Timely Response Requirement: If we request information from you for verification purposes, we kindly ask that you provide the necessary information within 14 days. Please do so to avoid the temporary suspension, discontinuation, or denial of your access to the TitusPlus Platform until the requested information is provided.
By providing your mobile number, you consent to be contacted by TitusPlus (or a representative on our behalf) at the provided mobile number. This includes receiving calls and text messages about the products, services, or marketing initiatives on the TitusPlus Platform. Message and data rates may apply—to opt out of receiving text messages, text “STOP” to (XXX) XXX-XXX. We may confirm your opt-out request via text message. If you have subscribed to multiple types of text messages from us, we may unsubscribe you from the specific service that most recently sent you a message. Additionally, we may respond to your opt-out request by asking you to identify particular services you wish to stop. Please note that by opting out of text messages, you may miss important and helpful information and reminders regarding your progress and treatment.
Protecting You-Account Security

- Keep your Account password confidential: You must not share your Account password with anyone else. We expect you always to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password.

Rest assured, we understand the importance of your financial security. That’s why we only validate your credit card and put a hold on the fee amount. The charge will be processed to your credit card only after you have obtained the corresponding Healthcare Services.
If you’re worried about the cost of the products provided through Healthcare Services, we have good news. Third parties, including private or public insurers, may cover the expenses. We have a contract with a third party that may disclose personal information such as your name, email, address, and other contact details to facilitate payment.
To learn more about the personal information we collect from third-party payers, please consult our Privacy Policy. It’s important to note that TitusPlus is not a party to or in control of the agreement between any User and third-party payer.
